We also flag any pre-existing wear we find during the inspection separately from new storm damage, since insurers distinguish between the two.
We photograph damage from multiple angles and distances, matching the level of detail Keizer, OR adjusters typically expect to see in a claim submission.
Our Storm Damage Roof Repair reports note both storm damage and any pre-existing wear separately, which adjusters appreciate.
Every Storm Damage Roof Repair assessment is conducted by a technician trained specifically in storm damage evaluation.
Local dispatch means faster access to Keizer properties after a regional storm event.
No verbal-only pricing, ever, even during high storm-season demand.
We've seen what speeds a claim through and what slows it down, and we document accordingly.
Most storm-related Storm Damage Roof Repair visits combine two or three of these elements in a single inspection.
Hail damage often shows as bruised or missing granules rather than obvious cracks, and it's easy to miss from the ground.
We check shingle tabs and seal lines across the whole roof, not just the visibly missing sections.
Debris removal and structural assessment happen together, not as two separate visits.
Proper documentation before you file can make the difference between a fast approval and a drawn-out dispute.
Once damage is documented, we move to repair — targeted fixes for isolated damage, full sections where needed.
Gutters torn loose by wind are reattached and resloped as part of a full storm damage visit.
Describe what happened and what you're seeing, and we'll get an inspection scheduled.
Technicians check every slope, not just the side most visibly affected by the storm.
Photo documentation is included automatically with every storm Storm Damage Roof Repair assessment.
We follow up to make sure the repair holds through the next storm season.
